I ran away from civ pro

Yesterday at Day 2 of Civ Pro, I ran away. I fled due to extreme boredom. The short outline for the subject is great, the professor is very detailed, and the lecture very boring. Extremely boring. Poke your eye out with your pen kind of boring. Not that there is a lot for a lecturer to work with since civil procedure is dull. Imagine sitting down and reading a court rules book while paying attention to every detail. That, my friends, is civil procedure.

Today we start two solid days of torts and to make this more fun than I deserve, we have secured transactions on Saturday. Yes, not only do we have a lecture on Saturday, but it is in secured transactions. I'm crying myself to sleep at night.

Dude, they lied to you. I've seen LA Law and this is NOT what it is about to be a lawyer. I'm not sure what you're studying for, but you should get your money back.

Relax. What's the worse that can happen if you fail the bar?

The short list:

1. No job.

2. No ability to begin paying back all these loans.

3. The worst - I have to study for and take the damn thing again.
